How long did it take you to grow your hair that long? I have a hair fork that is a little over five inches long and it still pokes all the way from one side of my bun to the other side. Any advice on how to make hair grow faster/stay healthy?
@Gyarren The average person's hair grows 6 inches a year or 1/2 inch a month, so I'd estimate about 10 years. I have never tried anything to make my hair grow faster but you can keep it healthy by avoiding hair dryers, flat irons, dye, bleach, and instead wearing lots of buns.

Thanks for the advice; I never use hair dye or bleach or anything like that, though, and I almost always have my hair up.
