I don't know why they need a GBA Emulator running on a Super FX style in cartridge chip when the DS has the GBA CPU internally and can play those games natively.
@DaPaRappa if you want to download it from the e-shop or someway "legally" there'll be no way, because Rare own Killer Instinct and Microsoft own Rare... thats a shame :<
@kxorrotkg I know and Rare has no plans on Re-Releasing or Killer Instinct or making a Killer Instinct 3. I heard the original group that developed Killer Instinct is not around anymore because Rare lost alot of teams and departments before they were bought by Microsoft.
I thought carts like this didn't work on the dsi and dsixl because they used upgradable firmware. How did you get it to work? I'm still using my lite bc I didn't think you could get it to work on an xl. Please reply, thanks.

@jgrosse5554 just keep tham at the normal settings, game works flawless. Setting the CPU frequency above 1, will make it too fast
