Hi Alena, How tall are you? I saw you did a full split. I am 5'8" in height and want to gauge if I can do a full split on the floor base. I would appreciate your help.

That was so nice to see a gentle, smooth routine of combination spins. I am so used to viewing videos that show advanced tricks one after another, bang, bang, bang. It has inspired me to get back on my pole after losing incentive because no matter hard I tried I couldn't nail a particular move. Oh, and to anyone who thinks that this routine is easy, think again! It takes greater core strength and control to perform like this than you think.......I've just discovered that!

where did you purchase this spin around version..I have only found a standard stable stand alone from platinumstages....? please help me out..where can I purchase the spin around version and how much?? I want one so bad!!

Can you get smaller extentions to use instead of the standard kit to make it shorter?

I have a 7'3 ft (suspended) ceiling height and WANT a pole so bad!

You're dancing sooo relaxed around the spinning pole! I still can't get used to the fact that the pole spins by itself, so I'm sticking to the regular pole haha
