See that's the problem with us. I'm black, born and raised in New Orleans. When we had a beef we dealt with it one on one. If a dude is bad enough to kill one of mine then he's knows and his family knows I'm going get to him. If I can't get him I'll start with his family until he comes out. Stop being chumps and deal with the bad azz's in your neighborhood. I've watched my Daddy deal with Billy Bad Azz's and he told if I catch you on this block I'll kill you. Never saw those chumps again.
So, basically you would find a snitch to tell you what happened. And take the information so someone else is in jeopardy.
