to my viewpoint, Carrie is more popular than Kelly. The main reason for that. Is Carrie doesn't try hurt nobody's feelings. Whereas it doesn't Kelly whether she hurts somebody not by negative comment. Carrie tries her best to avoid doing that. Which I think is good. What reason Kelly has for doing that, I haven't a clue. Sure does help Kelly's career much by doing that.

The main reason that American Idol has been going the past few years. is that they have been trying their darnest to find a contestant to duplicate Carrie's success. Her breathing and high notes were and are just fine. Notice none of the judges said anything, so obviously it wasnt an issue. And she wasnt 'lucky'. Her amount of votes were off the charts according to Simon Fuller, the creator. America loved her and she showed why with this song. She needs no practice.
