GUYS! Reflac does nothing because it's a Physical move in Generation III and lower, which includes this game. Steak has high SPECIAL attack, not physical. I tried to warn you not to teach it! Teaching it to a Pokemon that actually has high Attack would have been so much better! And you gave up what was your best move for it, you have essentially screwed Steak over.

Ho-oh is going to be a bitch to get, since you'll have to catch all the legendary dogs. Lugia is much easier, but you'll have to wait until you get to Pewter City to be able to get it. I suggest catching an Abra, training it to a Kadabra, then giving it Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, and Psychic. It looks like your team will have some trouble getting past the Elite Four.
