Yarr matey. Ye may want ta put some sorta stuff to make tha dough release from....Blast, Ye beat me to it when ye mentioned puttin' flour on tha foil. Curse ya chef Mac! But great video just tha same, ye landlubber.
That was great! ;D Thank you for posting me the video, I really enjoyed it - and also found it interesting since I like to cook as well =) (I've never really thought about what exactly the English pudding was).
Though, I'm not really into that much fat and I can't say that I'd like cardamon in any food. But since I live in one of these freezing countries maybe it's the right time to try something... more English ;D. I'm quite curious how it could taste ;D.
@Sapphiamur Well you made the most amazing Harry Potter fan video I've ever seen, so I am very flattered you liked mine. Cardamom isn't a requirement, but I thought it would be fun to try it. You can also use ginger, another winter spice I decided against using since I was using cardamom and juniper berries already.
The fat renders down mostly, so it's not an overpowering component.
So glad you took the time to watch my video, and I am looking forward to viewing more of yours!
Thank you! Great video! Please keep up the great work! Maybe sometime you could show me how to make a gluten-free Cornish Pasty. That would be awesome. :o)

@74Hobbes Nah, hands work so much better. On thing I'd say is maybe skip the baking powder after and add a little more sugar

@MrChefMac Good to know....I'd rather it taste more sweet than savory. Thanks!
