  • My heart started racing and my palms started to sweat. I remember the 8 like it was just yesterday. Damn what a terrible, torturous, amazing race the 800m is :)

  • hahaha look at the two guys hugging eachother at 4:48

  • at 2:44 someone shouted "Pre!!!" wrong runner from Oregon but nice try

  • WHITE POWER :D

  • ***3:00 for the start of the race***

  • They just ran 2 1:07 400's.. or in other words, a 4.18 -4.20mile

  • @WeSSENT457 Are you an idiot?

  • @WeSSENT457 Wheating ran averaging 52-second 400m pace, actually. You were soooo close though.

  • @WeSSENT457 no they didnt dumb ass

  • @WeSSENT457 okay my math sucks, lik a dick.

  • ..............starts at 3:00

  • this is so inspiring

  • something about 800s and people falling over at the end... its definetly the hardest race

  • 4: The Camera Guy Pans Right Past The Fall, Like Fuck Them Loosers. The white guy trips the black guy on Purpose Too. SMH

  • Hahahaha. Smith beat Robinson by .06 seconds. I think he really wanted to go to the Olympics. hahaha

  • that's racist

  • that's not something you see every day... the 3 white guys won! :D

  • love how symmonds came out of nowhere with the kick, so impressive

  • Nick is not a 'smarter' runner. His strategy of holding back is because he has a bigger aerobic capacity than the 400/800 type guys like Robinson. Robinson's strategy as a speed guy is to get out in front and push the pace hard enough to create separation and exhaust Symmonds. Both men are running the proper strategy for who they are.

  • symmonds has some sick shoes

  • lol the niggers still lost even tho every1 nose they have an extra bone in thare ankle to hhelp them run faster....oh well atleast it wasnt the womens race it wouldve been boring and slow cuz girls are bad at everything they do besides being a capsule for my liquids

  • @CoolOnXBL go be ghetto somewhere else kid.

  • Love Andy Wheating. Great young talent.

  • I would love to run on that track

  • lol at two guys huggin in exctiment at 4:46 ish

  • my college track coach is practically nick's agent.

  • i so know that feeling of wanting to fall down the moment you cross that finish line of an 800m race.

  • just skip to 2:57. thats the start

  • just skip to 2:57

  • Pretty sure Coe would cook them.

  • omg andy wheating is so hot

  • great vid!!!!!!!!

  • Nicks got true grit. I think he would have beaten me at school... and nobody could beat me..

Man, I remember when I was 15 doing the first 400 mtrs in 55s and always blowing a gasket on the second and coasting in at around 2.00.

All credit to that guy, heart of a lion.

  • @okiedokies u could not run a 2:55 as a freshman...thats #1 in the state for freshman in california this year

  • What a race!

  • I saw Andrew Wheating at the twilight meet at Hayward field in May and he did the same thing; came out of no where in the back and kicked like no other.

  • Awesome. Gave me a real feel for being there, thanks.

  • Thanks, I was gunna do it better, but i really wanted to actually watch the race and not so much watch it thought a 3 inch screen.

  • thanks for the video. good job getting the introduction by the announcers.

perhaps in the future you could try to get the whole field as much as possible, unless theres a guy clear out ahead. i was hoping to watch symmonds throughout, but he was so far back!
