And I know I'll get flamed for this, but I actually like that look better for them XD It's much more fresh and unique compared to the pokemon of something like say, Gen1 (That and I'm a little bit tired of anime artstyles always being 'the fad')

I stopped watching the pokemon anime regularly during Hoenn, then stopped altogether during sinnoh because it was horrible and only watched the episodes with Barry, but I figured I'd watch the first couple of episodes of Black and White just for the heck of it not really having any hope for it... but then i discovered the pokemon anime became awesome again.

@Earthia100 Not by a long shot... It's like a complete reboot... Ash has turned into the BIGGEST loser ever if you consider all the experience he has... Sure none of the 'newer' series ever outclassed the original in my opinion, but at least they stayed true to the past and actually went on in the story of ash and his quest. Now Ash, for example, din't even know how to properly catch a pokemon O.o So I strongly disagree with you :p

It starts about 30 seconds in, and it's awesome. Pity about the poor quality, but IMO, Flame Charging Emboar makes up for it.

@JustASpaceCowboy1 Pokemon is trying to go back to it's roots with the new generation, which is the reason you couldn't catch any old pokemon during the storyline in Black and White, and probably the reason why Ash moved to Unova. I personally think it's good that they're trying to cater to the fans. It's staying just as awesome as it always has, possibly better. Victini ftw!
