And this game is really better than Madden 11? lol, it was great for its time but that was 7 years ago. All of these games had canned animations and different pros and cons. Time to let it go with the 2K5 comparisons and move on. Ian already said he doesnt take these videos serious from certain guys because one minute his lifes threatened and the next the same guys wants to be heard. Not saying you Moody but in general.

Ill be honest, things have stalemated a bit between me and Backbreaker, I still talk with Todd but was told not to release the Blueprint officially. Until they approach me with an official "things changed" then its really on the backburner....no pun intended.

@RyanMoody21 I understand your position . Personally I see BB as a "alpha " build which would need about three years to correct it's flaws. As this is a NEW technology being introduced . Having played the game extensively since release. My fear is like APF the public have attached the Cambells soup approach (i.e. It is because the label says so) I have a few opinions about what it would take to make it a true simulation I will share on the BB Forum . Unfortunately this is NOT possible in Madden because the engine is so F'ed up. We are SOL until 2K comes back or NM can implement some 2K characteristics into their game.

EA is not capable of making a great football video game! madden 06,07,08,09,10,11 are all pathetic games that do not even come close to what nfl 2k5 was! The only way we will ever see a true football simulation is if 2k makes another football game! I like this game and all but I hate the pass coverage, its too easy to pass down the middle and good CBs get beat by bad WR's all day.

I updated my own rosters and I feel I did a solid job, I am an Eagles fan so I play as Philly, offense overall 92, Defense overall 81. Asante Samuuel has a 94 overall in my game but he gets beat like a drum very often , I mess with the sliders alot but cant get it right, but besides that this game blows madden 11 away.

madden had this back on the 2004 -05 version . to me it seems like after madden came to next gen systems it's just average . i though some of the people that worked on the ps2 and xbox are now working on the next gen systems.

Marketing is always possible with Madden. With simulation....maybe they'll meet us half way and that is it. I can't expect any more or less from the madden team or even EA sports as they've already targeted the casual, semi-simulation crowd that will continuously make their company, as well as the NFL, money and create profit.
