i think that their expressions change because they're happy at first then they try to bring izzie back so then her and george look scared, george told her that someday they would be together and then they died at the same time. i love how this ends, they both died, i hope because it makes the story so much better. i alway wanted them to be together during the show. it'd be a good ending for them.

Im 100% TR. Knight is not coming back to Greys. But they are saying that since is face is so messed up. Another actor might coming and take the roll of George and do a face transplant like they did with Rebecka.

When the doors open and George is standing there... I get that feeling that says "this is it". The kind and missunderstood George. His life is over. Izzie first looks happy to see him, but her expression changes. as if something is calling her back.

Izzie never got off of the elevator, so I don't think she's dead. But George was off.. So, yeah.. I think he's gone. :( But we'll have to wait till september I guess.

well if you think about it, in all the scenes with Izzie, the elevator and the dress, Denny was standing outside and Izzie joined him and she wasn't dead then, but now George is where Denny used to be and Izzie isn't joining him and...... WOW this is going somewhere weird, it's like a puzzle or something, this Shonda Rimes is amazing but can be irritating every once in a while. I really don't know what to think.
