  • how did you do that effect when you pull the lightsaber towards you with the force ?

  • Filmed it in reverse

  • love the video guys, how the hell did you organize that? I've been trying to do a you tube with 7 actors for 2 years ...

but yeah, you guys should feel proud man ...

THE RAZOR SCOOTER GETS IT'S DUE!!!

  • nice video...what'ev been waay better if it was a ps3 instead of the shitbox 360 but still funny vid.also a 2:03 u can see a camera

  • Very good combination of Star Wars and Matrix!!!!!!

  • good show!

    love the editing(*^^)v

  • I'm pretty sure the music at the beginning of the vid was from 'The Terminator' right?

  • exaggerated bullet dodging was funny, so was the fist fight haha. very good stuff, mad props.

  • 2 questions...what editing program are you using for the lightsaber battle? and what is the music? thanks, and great video!

  • Adobe Photoshop with Adobe Premiere editing and exporting

The music is from "Sahara" by Clint Mansell and "The Matrix" by Don Davis

  • Awesome video! Loved the car chase and the Matrix fight.

  • 2:03 there's a tripod.

  • Cool Beans

  • good stuff man

  • crazy stunt work. Great Job!

  • Haha thanks. Yeah, now that I look back on it, I could've easily been crushed to death.... hmmm

Check out our Nintendo Wii movie on here, even crazier stunts in there

  • Cool.

  • Best movie ever.

  • Wow. Everyone looked so different back then. I still love this vid.

  • funny and great action the lightsaber fight was the worst part though.

  • lol why is that

  • Cause I'm used to oober goober good lightsaber fights that have amazing effects. Also the lightsabers were kind of shorter then lightsabers in the Star Wars movies.

  • lol fair funny

  • nerds on the prowl.

  • Great video! lmao!!!

  • well done, funny stuff, cool effects. Looks like everyone had a great time. My own film "Target Practice" is a lot more serious in tone, but has a lot of stunts/fights/ gunplay etc, and we all had a great time making it (even if it doesn't feel that way in the film). Take a look at the trailer (we're screening the film June 18 2008 at the NewFilmmakers Series in New York).

  • haha that was great! well done!

  • HAHAHAH awesome! gr8 production XDD

  • Haha! That was so funny! never seen something that good on Youtube! Excellent work guys. :)

  • that was amazing

  • Very, very funny. Great stuff!

  • Haha! That was great! Very good job :]

  • 00:42, is that a church? where do you guys live, this church is real familiar.

  • Nice Effects and Weapons what for programs do you use?? The Video Is so funny so i give it 5 stars =D

  • Just used blue/green screen effects in Adobe Premiere (also edited with it) and some explosion/muzzle flash stock footage from detonationfilms dot com

  • a lightsaver fight is always a nice touch

  • haha totally awesome effects, i loved it all :)

  • /gays

  • nerds

  • hahahahahahaha! If you call that real martial arts then youve got to get into the real world! And that was not me spinning the pillow, that was my friend. And youve never tried to spin a pillow before have you and you could never do it let alone martial arts.

  • Yeah somebody already said this

  • right in front of a church ha ha

  • That was effin hillarious especially when he falls on the ground

  • Awesome work!

  • that was totally awful and stupid and very slow, and the martial arts.............................well they know nothing about martial arts.

  • Better than pillow spinning, talk about slow. We do know martial arts by the way

  • hahahahahahaha! If you call that real martial arts then youve got to get into the real world! And that was not me spinning the pillow, that was my friend. And youve never tried to spin a pillow before have you and you could never do it let alone martial arts.

  • Um, you don't know us, some of us are very skilled in martial arts, not all of us. The fights in this movie were meant to be comedic anyway, you must have no sense of humor

  • I have a sense of humor for funny things.

  • Hey laying all arguments aside. Do you play Halo? and are you going to get halo 3?

  • Hells yes I am

  • amazing really good what video editing software do you use???

  • Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5

  • that was AWSOME!

  • How'd u do the car explosion?

  • awesome!

  • kibbles and bits mr anderson ROFL

  • I freakin loved it. That was awesome. I'm saving to favs.

How'd you do the bullet effects?

  • another case of people with too much time on their hands.

  • That was bloody fantastic :)

  • personally i think that light saber battles are a waste of time cause they take so long to make and you will never really get a chance to do them professionally unless your name is george lucas but i freaking loved the matrix stuff]

  • lol. I was like good job with the agent motion thing, realy cool. Then I see the neo dodging. LOL

  • That was really good! Keep up the good work!

  • Best caravan scene

  • lol awesomness

    great job

  • My Friend Lauren is in there

    She's really cool!

  • that flowed very good nice job! i love videogames!

  • hey wats the names of the songs and artists in this o and awesome video man very creative

  • Artists are Clint Mansell ("Saraha" Score) and Don Davis ("Matrix" Score), a few of their songs are mixed together to create the score heard in this vid

  • ok thanks man

  • Genious. Jus pure Genious. loved it. what editing software are you using? "kibblles and bits mr anderson"

  • Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5

  • Some really good ideas and fun execution. Some real potential here.

  • lol great guys but bad costumes

  • pretty cool. Great Job with the vid.

  • You guys are great, very good!

  • that was hell funny

  • hehe that was cool

  • Very good. The direction was clever. I applaud you!

  • Haha that was awesome! Did you actually spend any money on this aside from some gas for the minivan? If not then mucho kudos to you! However you need to train your friends how to act a bit better :P

  • This was surprisingly very low budget, we already had the props, costumes and gas efficient cars. The only thing we paid for was the Xbox itself.

The acting was meant to be ridiculous by the way :P

  • I need to buy myself a nice camera so i can direct independant movies like this as well! Who knows? Maybe you and i are the next Stanley Kubrick or Steven Speilberg :P

  • Haha, who knows. These days many things are possible.

I myself need a better camera, so I'm mooching off my university in the mean time. My future vids should look more professional camera-wise.

  • You need to make yourself a steady cam. You can make home made versions that do the job perfectly, i just forget where to find the info but you can basically make a steady cam rig for way under £100 (about 160 bucks)

  • props bro ya guys had a great thing goin there

  • That was very well done, I really enjoyed that.

  • This is awsome really well done from me guyz

  • OMFG this video rules, nice one

  • Really creative. The scenery looks really familiar. Was this filmed around St Louis by any chance?

  • Yeah, filmed on the Illinois side, Metro East. You from around there?

  • St. Peters. The church parking lot looks a lot like one over here. And I recognized the road with the bike lane. :-)

  • and then two days later... it over heated and melted down.

  • How did ya make the lightsabers?

  • We fought with plastic lightsabers, then rotoscoped them frame by freakin frame using Adobe Photoshop and added soundeffects. That lightsaber sequence took about 3 weeks.

  • Cool. i really admire that.

  • I loved it, awesome job!

  • now that was freakin awsome, i give you all credit for making this movie. you guys have some patience lol...

  • lol that was funny when hes out

  • haha. that was a great parody of the matrix. It was good overall.

  • Bloody awesome! really well done! Love your style and can't wait to see more of your stuff!

  • ace! Well done :)

  • i didn't think i was gonna watch it for 8 minutes.

  • THIS IS FANTASTIC!!!

Really well done lol great laugh.

Hope you remembered to take the xbox 360 out of the box before shooting this film lol

  • Great Movie! Take about making a console into a kick-ass film! But let's not forget the meaning from this film...

YOU LOST TO A GIRL! XD

    Bets of YouTube this week!

  • That was AWESOME!

  • I posted a comment besides the reply, but it's not there. What I said was something like this was awesome! It just goes to show what you can do when you are talented and dedicated.

  • Heh, very enjoyable. This must have taken a ton of work. It's superb parody, action and fun.

  • You should post this as a video response to ZenArcher's "pimp my video" youtube(DOT)com/watch?v=6HnPftlR2Uc

  • The deadline for that was yesterday. But thanks for trying to help out!

  • Yeah it was me that sent it. I just had to send this out to all my friends when I saw it. Amazing stuff, very professional and I can tell that it must have took a very very long time to make.

  • Hey thanks. Spread word of our site, we're trying to get a larger fanbase. Thanks for the comments on our vids and all, they did take a long time :)

  • rofl, awesome. This needs to be seen more.

  • Any idea how we can get more publicity?

  • I don't know. I found it because a friend of mine sent it to me. Word of mouth I guess. I favorite'd it, and will give a shoutout in my next vlog, but I'm no celebrity. lol

  • You need to start adding people to your friends list, because those are the only poeple who get your bulletins.

  • Fun video! -- Matt

  • wow...that was sweet. So what program do you use for editing and also, what type of camera or cameras are you using? Those are some sweet videos you've got there. If you want you can check out some of mine. I just use windows movie maker and had a digital handheld Cannon. nothing big.

  • Yeah, we only used a Sony MiniDV camcorder. We use Adobe Premiere for our editing and some effects.

  • Sweet...thanks for the response. keep up the good work. I loved it. Also, how did you make the lightsaber effects?

  • Only 138 views?! This should be on the fucking front page!

    Incredible.

  • Haha, thank you. We love people appreciating our work. Thanks, bud!

  • Rofl, that owned!
