How can i remove the jailbreak?I saw on a pair of sites that if you restore from a backup that you've done before jailbreaking the jailbreak will still remain

@TheGhirix It will not remain the same but some components from a jailbreak carry over. It is best to not back very often when jailbroken or being heavily modified. A backup backs up main directories and files so... like a carrier logo carries over because backup texts that text.

A simple restore and set as a new device will do the trick to completely delete all trace of a jailbreak

@MrAJsTech i asked that cuz in another pair of sites they say to create a backup then erase all files and apps of the iphone (that should make it appear like it was just bought)then jailbreak and last restore the iphone from the backup and the jailbreak shouldn't be removed(this method was made for the people whose absinthe was blocked on "Beginning jailbreak")
