The video was made in Copenhagen (Denmark) and it is a salute to a multicultural danish society. It was not made to promote islam, but to caress a random busdriver in Copenhagen. If you happened to speak the danish language you would understand that the song people are singing is a traditional danish birthday song. It has absolutely mothing to do with islam.
