They're pretty loud. Not much bass though. They do have good quality sound. They're better than most laptop speakers if that's what you're asking.

The MT6728's motherboard doesn't work, neither does it's HDD or CPU,
The 5200X has a broken HDD and motherboard.

Nice man, I use the late 2008 macbook aluminum 2.4 ghz. Don't get rid of that powerbook though, you might be able to find the logic board for cheap on ebay.
