  • I have a tip on the landing. you landed with your feet flat, what you want to island on you toes and resist the landing with your ankles bend about the same rate as your knees. you should be entering the roll by the time you ankles are fully bent relieving shock across your entire body. Secondly you rolled straight over your spine. it's safer and more efficient to roll over the muscles on the right or left side of your body so your spine never touches the ground. Finally roll feet out of roll.

  • bad landing. i think u didnt roll diagonally enough, so momentum stretched your legs out too soon. if thats your style, remember to keep you legs tucked in. a friend tends to cross them, so he comes out sideways and swings his leg into running position, if that helps. what i do is i roll diagonally from my shoulder to hip, partially onto my thigh, and then momentum propels me into standing position. you might consider that one.

  • @666Satsana666 There are some sneakers at pay less for 13 dollars, I got them, they have the best traction in the world. I was able to take a 5 step up to the top of a 14 footer.

  • I don't think they need to be any particular brand. Just make sure the traction is good, and that they are durable, not in the sense that they will last you a long time, but durable as in the tread won't rip off easily.

I don't think you have ever seen anyone use parkour to fight, have you? You want to evade your pursuers by taking difficult routes, and that's what we traceurs do. Of course, this is not what we train for, but it is a very good example. Before you make a statement, make sure you know what you are talking about first.

  • The Parkour roll isn't the standard roll you learn in martial arts, there are some differences. The Parkour roll gets you up on your feet and the martial arts roll gets you up on your knees.

    Although I wouldn't be surprised if they taught you to get up on your feet now. I stopped doing martial arts a while back so it might've changed.

  • I only spent 1 week in Karate, just to see if it was something that I was interested in, this was over 25 years ago and the Break roll we learned took us to our feet.

    This was used to cushion a fall or having been thrown, and in this case your back would be to your attacker which would mean you did not want to be on your knees.

    You could dive towards your oponent to throw him off and go into a roll and come to your knees to attack low but in most cases you always went to your feet.

  • you have to use hax, use cheat engine, and multiply the value of steps by three, then you take the shoe, watch the value of it, and divide it by three.

    The value you get, is the angle of the foot to the wall, after thats done, you'll get a trainer from the internetz with a great hotkey commando called wallhacks.

    there ya go, haxed n ready, you will do the best wallrun ever IRL.

    Btw, a good trainer is IRL haxer.

  • i did that before and i got about 8 ft high but now every time i try i only get about 6 ft and it pisses me off so bad and i only get about 2 steps in i cant do any more i try and i just kind of fall away from the wall any suggestions nice vid by the way

  • @oronald16 keep your body straight, and lean further out. whats happening is that you are too vertical, so your feet cant get a good grip and you fall. it used to happen to me alot

  • speed is important but u dont really need it as much, if your at the right angle and u have the right footing you can probly get 3 steps without alot of speed

  • use force and speed, but not by pushing the wall, but before you reach the wall.. try to take as much momentum as you can along the wall and keep your feet before your body.. you should be fine:)

  • you defenitely need more speed and a bigger angle when you come in, this will improve the force which pushes you against the wall, and try not to take only your feet up, but your entire body

  • yes i can actually.. when i was making this vid i forgot my work out shoes, so i got my normal le cock du sport shoes on.. nothing special normal bottom.. i can do it with any shoe, even on naked feet!, but then i'll hurt them reaaaal bad because of the impact:p

  • Nice, ide actualy say for the landing just try to make it lighter, your landing with too much built up momentum on your feet which can cause knee and shin problems in the future.

  • actually i think the problem is more that he leans back quite a lot and even tries to reduce the momentum through his legs ( pressing feet against the floor lol), you should use the role more
