Every U.S. war effort starts and/or ends with a President saying 'may God bless you' or something along those lines. For a US citizen this may have become normal, for any outsider it is a similar religious extremism as we see in the Middle East. It is religion that is used by humans as the primary justification for conflicts in the world.

It's cool that he gives praise to God, but the interviewer specifically asked him to stop talking about that and speak directly about the fight. I'm not trying to hate and I'm not trying to stir up any shit pot here, but come on Evander.....God didn't win this fight for you. You did. Be thankful to God for the many gifts you have in your life.....fine. But when someone asks you about the fight, speak about the fight.
