Hi there! I just finished watching your short and then several of the podcasts and I just thought I'd say: very very impressive. Not only the film itself but your constant, highly educational and informative updates. I've been out of the animation loop (did school but ended up going with my true love, illustration) and it was so enjoyable to get a taste of that again through your podcasts. Thank you!

One thing I've experienced in my Orion Tear Follow through is that, at least here in Portugal, we only seem to have one year to apply to the festivals, in the next year we get the answer that they give preference to this year movies :)

...And, because this is animation world, one year feels like the time we wait for the PC to start :D

Thanks! Unfortunately the deadline for Anima Mundi passed on March 25th so I just missed it this year. But that is a good point about screening first. Maybe a better guideline would be "away from the middle?" That seems to be where my memory got fuzzy while watching shorts programs in the past.

Great to know about P:I ! Looking forward to watch it somewhere (have you sent it to Anima Mundi?).

And about the festivals, not necessarily it is a good thing to be the last film on the program, as by the end of the night the audience usually is more tired. Sometimes, it´s better the be the first one, to impress people upfront.
