  • Her stretch runs are LEGEND!

  • I Have been to Oaklawn just not when queen Z was there :{

  • @msjumpingqueenful

...can you just shut the fuck up. We know what we saw. It's a bow. Plain and simple.

Now go pound fuckin sand. Understood?

  • Acknowledge the fans: check

    Do the Dance: check

    Kick some booty: check

Looks like she got it all under control.

  • She was going after the grass...but yeah, I'd call that bowing. Well timed bowing. :)

  • I love her so much and if you have ever met her Shelbl, you would know it WAS a bow

  • that's not a bow she was just putting her head down

  • Zenyatta i seriously the best! My favorite horse behind Rags to Riches

  • She is such a beautiful horse! That is just to adorable! :D

  • That is not a voice over. I took a copy of our outgoing satelite feed from tape and copied it to an AVI. That's it. As for Terri's tempo... if you have heard as much of his announincg as I have you would know that it just what he does. In fact we used to use some of his more famous calls for our hold music and that is his style.

  • Zenyatta represents FUN to alot of people. I don't know why her critics take everything so personal or seriously like she is threatening some childhood hero's legacy. There are alot of horses that all look the same or have boring personalities. She is unique and her appeal goes beyond her racing career. Just believe in something with a positive attitude, and those dreams can come true. That's Zen. Relax and have fun with her along the way.

  • what are you talking about I was there that day. This is not a voice over.

  • Love Zenyatta and i hate to be negative but is this video voiced over? I think the introduction was put in to coincide with her bowing.

If you watch from the start the announcer is smooth throughout and there are no breaks or pauses, but at the start there are 2 people wal;king her, but then you see a break and only one person walking.......watch from the start again and u will see this was manufactured. or is there another explanation?

  • @twopie2 So...are you trying to say that the horse at the beginning being walked by two people is Zenyatta? Because if so, she changes color, markings, size, and tack very quickly indeed.

  • @twopie2 I was watching the live feed and this is exactly what was shown. It was just a coincidence that Zenyatta stopped and bowed at the perfect moment, but it was still awesome.

  • zenyatta for president

  • That's awesome! I can't get enough of her antics... :-)

  • I've been to five of her races and besides the breeders cup this was by far the most fun we had at any track. We really enjoy Oaklawn Park and Arkansas. No place is perfect but it is beautiful in Hot Springs and the people are friendly. Only wish that Rachel could have been there too.

  • first time i seen this....u gotta be kidding me,she is a freak i tell ya,,,,,she knows where the fans and the wire is.....ur right ava...priceless

  • Every little thing she does is magic!

  • So cute! As if she timed her introduction perfectly :)

  • OH MY GOD!! LOLOL!! That was timed PERFECT!!!! She shouldn't be bowing to us........we should be bowing to her!!! 17 times, she's made someone's life better than before!! LOLOL!!! :)

  • Brilliant!

  • @ForeverHoofbeats what about curlin, afleet alex, smarty jones, mine this bird, all oaklawn horses.... and may i ask where you are from england?

  • As Queen's usually do, they take a bow!!!!!!

  • I love zenyatta ,But I hope this is her last year because of her size. The risk of injury is high. I just want her to finish unharmed.

  • @LittoMoonLight She didn't start racing until she was nearly a 4 year old, has been quite lightly raced, and only does about 12 steps of running in any of her races. Plus, she's handled by a horseman's horseman, who takes a conservative tack with her, so I think she's an excellent candidate to retire sound and healthy.

  • I wouldn't say future horse meat. Being unbeaten so far is one of the single hardest things to do in horseracing besides winning the Triple Crown. I am sure a lot or breeders will want to book to her once she retires. Now I don't know about the bowing part...

  • @21Sarabi Just that I always hear people in her videos saying look at her, shes a big ham..... What if your unbeaten in 3 starts, a maiden and two allowance races, is that up there with the triple crown, its still technically unbeaten so far

  • future horse meat, after she wins her last claimer. with inteliigence like that its hard to see why shes not president, she has more brains than bush. tbh i think she was just stretching her neck like a lot of horses do, think its gettin a bit crazy if u think shes bowing hahahahaha

  • @cmcgarth1O I'd vote for her. She's furlongs better than the bonafide jackass that's in there now.

  • @cmcgarth1O wthtmwy? you've obviously never worked with thoroughbreds stfu

  • I've been hearing about this and am so grateful you posted this! She is just so extraordinary. No one will ever convince me that she does not have a soul, and a joyful one at that.

  • Yup! Priceless :) VBG

  • @digidot, IMHO, if she was going for a bite of grass, she'd probably have gotten one...I'm not sure I've seen too many horses try to graze just before a race (a few outrider ponies, yes, but never a racehorse)...and as someone else commented, her timing was perfect, just like her race record, waiting through the superlatives, till Terry Wallace actually *said her name*...if the crowd reacted positively, I expect she'll do it again, she's quite the lovable ham!

  • @isthsspsd2meansumthn Thanks for the tip. Now I can relax. I just wanted people to see it. It was unbelievable. I got to look into her eyes that day and I saw an intelligence that was beyond measure(more than some people I know), She is brilliant and she most certainly did it on purpose. She feeds off the crowd and they her.She knows exactly what she is doing and what is going on. I agree with you she will do it again. She is a funny, nutsy, comical, briallant, beautiful, unbeaten HAM.

  • @isthsspsd2meansumthn Thank you so much for the tip. I can relax now. I agree with you. I looked into her beautiful eyes and she knows exactly what she is doing and what is going on. She is certain to do it again. She is a great big, beautiful, comical, beyond lovable.....HAM...

  • @AnimalsRock4Love, you're welcome; I agree that she has totally figured out what is expected of her: come onto the track and do dance moves, get crowd reaction, run race, win, come back and dance some more and stand and pose for pictures...I love how she's such a professional, before the race and after is the time for playing, during it is the time for winning

  • She also did it with Smith on board. He brought her back down the track in front of the crowd after they won and she looked like she bowed to the crowd then too. The horse was awesome.

  • wow she acually bowed! love you zenny!

  • I have heard of this as well...could not find it anywhere...thank you for letting us all see this amazing performance. What a girl! She has it all. How will she ever enjoy being in a field with a baby and no one to perform for.... good grief...

  • @digidot Possibly, but you have to give her this: her timing is impeccable. :D

  • wow!

  • What can you say? She is not only a great horse , but she is oh so smart!!!!!! Amazing

  • Priceless!

  • She's so respectful.

  • One has to see it to believe it!

  • I heard about this but hadn't seen it. Thanks for posting it.

  • lol...great

  • Awesome. Thanks for uploading this. I heard about it but didn't see it.
