These are the kind of routines and execution that really put America out on the map, watching these world championships no one was really up to par or in shape as the americans. Not even the chinese. I wasnt impressed by even deng lin lin. The americans are going to be very strong this quadrennium.

Bridget is fantastic, but worlds isn't the same without the old favorites like Nastia, Shawn, Chellsie, Alicia, and Cheng Fei. I just don't think that any of these gymnasts here were quite up to the caliber of those in the Olympics. But I suppose since it's a new quadranium that the up-and-coming gymnasts make their debut here.

Those medals were impressive, but I like how Bridget has a lil jiggle in her bootie. It's hard for such hard gymnast to have that, makes her more beautiful.

Now on to the routine, like Raven Symone be saying, "Girl Get It!" I loved it, clean mostly & her landings reminded me of Lauren Mitchell's int he invidiuals...

I heard that the coaches decided Nastia needed more training before she could compete in this all around so she sat out. Samantha Peszeck was injured and Shawn hasn't been training so that was a big no no for her.

Shawn doesn't know if she wants to compete again, and Nastia pulled out of the competition when they were at the camp..

@BSMART18 shawn took a big break since the 08 olympics and hasnt been back since she apparently isnt sure if shes going back to gymnastics but nastia did beam at the visa championships in 09 but she decided to pass on worlds since she was to out of the swing of it but she said she would continue training to be back.....sam peszek is coming back and so is alicia sacramone
