It's a small on a small alley (grey on the map) situated on the second island, in the top northern side, if u will look at the map it's the third road if u count from up to down in the middle, not on the sides. That's the best way I could describe it, hope I helped u.

dude u 4got 1......in the north point mall...there is a clothes icon in a store and the clothes icon says casual and it his jeans, shoes as the same as street....but the shirt is a brownish gray ......the store is on the upper level.

There is a way to get the cuban outfit after the mission and it involved blowing up a motorcycle inside the clothes shop, but i dont remember how to exactly do it, but the guide is at gamespot among many others. Besides, GTA IV SUCKS!!!!!!

ya, that used to happen to me every time, the freaking outfit was stuck in a wall or something like that, and i couldn't take it. think it's kinda of a bug. To make it stay there, how it should, i tried an original way, no cheats or modes, just left the mission that gives you access to the clothes for later on, I think is because it's not in the main story, and when i had no other things to do, i had to do the mission(yes, it sounds complicated) or another supposition that I have, not sure of it
