@vickygirl212 ...well...I think he didn't die in the Last King of Scotland. So the doctor could tell the world what happened then. Actually it was a relief at the end of the movie. Thanks God.
I can't believe this, I skipped some parts of the movie and it still manages to make me cry. Seeing Jame's crying face and that scene where Michael said "Rory is here (my heart)" made me cry a river. This movie has a huge impact. Both of the actors made this movie absolutely beautiful.
What happens in the end! it just cut off!!! i am crying! great movie!!! Love James McAvoy! Sooooooooo much, first saw him in 'X-Men: First Class' A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!! but this movie is really touching! i have never ever cried in a movie, i think it is because it was James McAvoy!!! So Sad!
@TB0z1 There are other links to watch the whole movie. These videos are only James McAvoy's scences (Rory O'Shea). I believe qwerty123 has them. Enjoy.
MiK3i thats twaddle. we don't want to ram education down childrens' throats in movies but its wrong to let them sit there like braindead zombies. They do that enough -kids today are robots sat in front of computer games. The education in school ie. Shakespeare, adding numbers and putting chemicals in test tubes is not a life education. This film can remind them not to take life for granted, to grab every opportunity, friendship - better than laughing at yellow people on The Simpsons.
its a shame kids in schools watch junk like harry potter and disney pinxar rubbish a film like this would teach so much and make them realise how a lot of them take so much for granted.
@bexyweewaggys We actually had to watch this movie as part of our Leaving Cert in school this year. The ending really made me cry. Especially when we hear Rory's voice after he dies..
well he had muscular dystrophy and what happens is people with muscular dystrophy die when they are in their early twenties because it causes peoples muscles to deteriorate so when they get a common cold it can be deadly

films are for entertainment, not for educational purposes
they are not made to deprive children of the fun they get from watching them.. lol
