Enhanced interrogation to some extent should be allowed. Physical torture is pure evil. However, disallowing sleep and "loosening"/intoxicating drugs do give results. I also realize that these techniques require supervision that we can never fully guarantee, no easy answer.

Enhanced interrogation to some extent should be allowed. Physical torture is pure evil. However, disallowing sleep and "loosening"/intoxicating drugs do give results. I also realize that these techniques require supervision that we can never fully guarantee, no easy answer.

What bothers me about allowing these terrorists to be tried in a civilian court is simply that they are not Americans. Actually, both your claims about the ACLU are wrong. ACLU defended the NAMBLA website because it did no worse than advocate for changing age of consent laws. See my video

The people held in Guantanamo are not American citizens. They shouldn't have the right to be tried in a civilian court. They should only be tried by a military court for war crimes.
Anyone that says that these so called 'people' have any rights of any kind disgust me. They're animals that need to be put down.
But what do liberals care? They love terrorists and the fact that they kill American soldiers is icing on the cake to them.

If the countries the terrorists operate in are harboring them, they are just as guilty. How can you say I'm defending terrorists when you are blaming Israel for attacking those that attack them?
Palestine sends rockets into Israeli neighborhoods, so Israel bombs the places they are coming from to defend themselves. The terrorists make sure there are plenty of women and kids in there to die, so they can bitch about it later. That's how it works. Get it strait next time.

Iran should be attacked, they and Saudi Arabia are the biggest terrorist strongholds in the middle east. Hopefully we'll do them next.
As far as your water argument goes, it was the arab's that made the dam to block the water from reaching Israel. It went to Jordan, Syria and Lebanon, not the other way around.

Any of them. As I stated, why would Israel start a war with every country that surrounded it? While they might have been the first to make a direct assault on another country, it was always in response to said countries direct or indirect actions.
Iraq wouldn't have been invaded if they had continued to allow us access to their facilities like they were supposed to. It was Saddam's own fault.
Afghanistan was run by terrorists who were allies of Bin Laden.

Israel drops leaflets warning civilians when they are going to attack a particular area. The US has done this as well in Afghanistan. If the terrorists won't let them leave, how is that terrorism on Israel's part?
Hamas purposely uses places like schools and hospitals to launch rockets for the sole purpose of being able to point the finger at Israel later. People's lives mean nothing to them.
