In Glen's 2008 recording of 'These Days' he sings "Please don't confront me with my failures -- I have not forgotten them". The 80's were a very hard time for the older generation of country. Very few actually made it through. Glen is very lucky he found peace with himself, got himself clean and that we get to see him shine again.
