Thank you Alan, You are so good with your harmonica. I can't wait to see you made some new videos when you get time. You are so talented. Thumbs up!!!
Whow!
Awesome! You hit those notes, and bring it home with deep heavy sound...love it
Definately one of my favorite Little Walter tunes. I just started learning, and had the nerve to post a video. It's a little rusty, but getting there. If you get a chance, let me know what you think!
Start/Alle programma's/bureau-accessoires/Entertainment/geluidsrecorder.
Sometimes there is criticize, but thats no problem at all, only without any constructive instructions/tips i can't do anything with it!That kind of comments (without tips)are always from non-harmonica players..hehe
And of course i,m not Little Walter,He's the harp King!!! I,m just a boy playing his harp at home!
Not at all, moving your head is often a lot more controlled then moving the harp itself. A good player will mix both techniques, but it is difficult to do a headroll moving your hands thats for sure, hence the name....
Then i record the song with the windows XP soundrecorder, and listen it over and over again. Also you can slow down the song with that soundrecorder, you can better listen what and how to play.
And of corse a lot of practice, bends and other technics you don,t learn it with tabs only.
great playing, ignore the negative comments. the nerve of a 17 year old kid telling someone there playing is sloppy, unreal.. kcuzner you are a bit critical, are you an expert in blues?
I didn't like the first few bars, but you seemed to get a lot better as you went on. I liked your tone and think you played with some great soul. How long have you been playing?
Thanks Zack!! The take of of the original song i got her at home, sounds not smoot too.I thought hearing "very tinny" warbles,so i play it with warbles too hehe!
Euh..i begin playing 10 years ago,but practice not frequently.I play just for fun at home and summers its too warm here inside for playing,so winter is left..!Last 2 years i practise more frequently.
Hey man, real good job on your take of the song. I like how you use warbles, I have never heard that in the intro being used before. Good job, how long have you been playing?
Klinkt goed! Het gevoel heb je er cker voor

Yep,Walter is maybe the Founding Father of bluesharmonica.
I listen more to modern bluesharp players but they got it among others from Little Walter.

If this was the gong show, you'd be gonged away! There are a bunch of parts missing.....
redibeaver 3 years ago
Pfff then i,m very lucky this isn,t the gong show!!
Parts missing..maybe because there are thousands versions of this song?
(btw we don,t have or know any gong show here in Holland,is it a good show?)

great playing. i do hear that you're supposed to move the harp and not your head though. just saying ;)
fend14 3 years ago
Thanks fend14,
Maybe youre right about moving the harp but mostly i do both, little bit head and little bit harp.
Why? i don,t know,got used to it..
ABouter 3 years ago

Hey man! where did you get the tabs for this song? I was searching for them in internet, but where was only Glen Weiser's version tabs :(
flaviy 3 years ago
I don,t have or use any tabs.
First i listen witch harp key i need.
Then i record the song with the windows XP soundrecorder, and listen it over and over again. Also you can slow down the song with that soundrecorder, you can better listen what and how to play.
And of corse a lot of practice, bends and other technics you don,t learn it with tabs only.

Lessons?? I,m not that good i think!
Maybe you must check Kudzurunner?he,s some kind of teacher with blues harmonica on YouTube.
I started with playing single note,s and then try to bend the note,s.
After that i practise on all kind of songs, with an A,C,D,E,F and G harp.
I,ve another video:Paul Butterfield - Everythings Gonna Be Alright thats a C harp song.
