Hmmm... I watched "The Net" and then "The Net 2.0" - The Net 2.0 is just NOT doing it. It's just not, what "The Net" started. It's not toooo bad, but well... Only the name makes it to the sequel, nothing else.

The Net 2.0 is probably the worst movie I have ever seen - a complete waste of time. No ties to the first movie (carried by Bullock entirely) whatsoever - the plot is incredibly difficult to choke down from the very start - leaving the love of her life for money and quote adventure - the character portrayed is difficult if not impossible to connect with from the very start ... 2 thumbs down - .25 out of 5 five stars - infomercials are better

i never seen it. but i figured when it came out to dvd only and by ur review i'm going to take ur word for it. i love the st movie. i always wanted a sequel to it but then again i didnt cuz it's like most sequels suck. i just wished it could of been a mix of the 1st one and the last die hard movie. with bullock in it.
