I think it is a morgue which needs to act up as if they have collected hundreds of dead bodies, infact there were only 15 deads. I think they do it to get more funds or to achieve more sympathy of the nation or this is how they are able to create insecurity against the state.

I am not saying that they are bad, but many of these organizations are just misusing the kind-heartedness of our nation.
