i have shot all of them, and hands down the best marker you can get in the sub 500 price range is the g3 spec r. anyone who has ever shot one will agree. the only thing that will come close enough to be considered "competition" is an etek.

The G3's manual is better, its so much more detailed. The fact that it's a poster doesn't mean it doesn't have useful info and pictures.

Mini, I own one. The G4 has a higher BPS but it becomes a paintball blender. The mini is more compact, I like that because I play snake. The Mini is more air efficient. The mini is also more consistent. GET THE MINI.

P.S. G4 Has a lot of problems.

Both G4 and Invert Minis are good. They had problems with the first batch but was fixed up. I personally like the Mini more because it has a better company, I don't need to shoot that fast, and not a bigass of a pain to replace O rings compared to the g4. But in comparison, the g4 has a good ASA, ROF, but a terrrible company. Its all personal preference. Not every gun is better than the other especially if they are somewhere in the same price range. Really, both guns are the pain in the ass.

mini gets more pods right out of the box than the g4 does fact. look on the their websites. mini is smaller better for snake player fact. mini has no macro line and is very low pressure and has a gauge on the asa ANYWAYS both are great i have both guns mini is just a little,little bit better

Both of these are decent guns. I'd highly recommend going with a used ego 7 ir even 8. Either one of those will beat these to the ground.

"Hopefully all guns will come with internal hoses someday" I don't wanna flame or anything, just giving you a reason. I know Planet Eclipse's Jack Wood himself said the reason that they use macroline is because it is much more user servicable. Probably the same reason for many other companies.

@THEPaintballDoctor ive seen alot of the minis brake by being dropped by accident because the Thru grip reg broke. The mini also takes alot more force to take out the HPA tank because of no On and Off ASA. i used to own a mini but now i have a G3 Spec-r. The empire axe is a larger mini and does have a asa on and off but still has the thru grip regulator, which brakes very easily.

I have a new mini and it works great. A lot of people dont like the trigger, and as a proud owner I admit is isn't the best. Sometimes when we are walking onto another field i accidentally shoot and because of that i turn the thing off while walking around. Its not like youre gonna hate the darn trigger anyways just that it could be improved. Other than that it is a great gun for its price.

Im looking to buy either a 2010 Mini or a 2010 G4. Ive heard great things from both ove shot the Mini and i thought i could give it a chance i felt like i could walk the trigger with the mini pretty easy and i heard that it is great right out of the box. the g4 ive heard has been worked on from the g3. Ive heard the trigger has been worked on to give it a better feel. The one thing that i dont like to hear is the kick so please ive heard great feedback on both guns but which one should i buy?

My mini's clamp neck doesn't need a tool. It adjusts by just turning the clamp thing to tighten or losen.
