  • How much was the motor? Where did you get it? Great vid!

  • @caholaway

I took the motor out of a old swamp cooler , no cost , just recycled

  • that works great it took no time at all to pluck

  • Love your chicken plucker!

  • @fructmals

Thank you, Its not as fancy as others that I have seen but it works for me!!

  • what is that, pieces of garden hose? works good whatever it is.

  • @bigdaddy501501

It is 1/4" air hose that has small ridges on it. you can find it at most welding supply stores , they sell it by the foot.

  • so instead of buying the rubber fingers, you used the 1/4" air hose and i'm guessing u put it over 1/4" bolts, how did u slide the hose on their so it will stay, my friend built one, but i want to build mine cheaper. can u tell me some about it?

  • @weldermatt07

I used 5/16" bolts so the rubber hose would have to be threaded on to the boltsand stay on. how i put them on is easy if you have a drill just get one of the bolts and cut the hex head off but cut across the threads at a angle and chuck it up in your drill put the hose on the the drill it screws them on nice and tight
