u get job cards which you dont unlock until later in the game

u can also get them by doing quest which lets u recruit people who are already ninja or knight so ^^

my human character is lvl 23 fighter with 99 str and almost 99 vitality. you should look into doin this sometime with a character!! he can hit 90+ and once i think ive maxed a 101? not sure but trust me he owns! what i did to lvl up is just have my human character alone in like the lost road and wicked forest. that trains them very quickly

you need to get a priest, that way when your low health, he'll heal you.

You dont have to be any class to become those higher classes. As long as you get a class card (for Anchor, Knight, Samurai, or Ninja) I havent received them yet but you will later on in the game. Machines are their own individual class though. They are powerful even if you pick a Male or Female Machine.

i defeated dark lord with ice barrage and then posine him on a lv 10 posion and then used my ice arrows to finish him.

defeat dark lord using paralyze spell. drops from soul rat, though quite rare. If no mage, then would be harder. You probably need to sacrifice some characters. Just get an escape card and go revive later.
