IF that was the Kali Gandaki ,i know what you mean about the crazy winds (it took me two boxes of matches to light one spliff)amazing place .

yeah, it was nuts. we made good time and beat the really bad winds. those that started 30 mins behind us got really hit (literally, by rocks and stuff)
