What a weird fire. How could it have spread so fast in just the roof. Most buildings that look like that just disintegrate, but the rest of the building seems to be holding out OK. It's unusual to see that much fire with the siding, trim and windows still intact. Maybe they used Hardi-plank and had the sprinklers working.
@sharppointy1 .. in my opinion i think it was a setup. none of the condos were being sold so i have a feeling the insurance might have done something. if its not the insurance, deff has to be someone b/c the fire was from one side of the building to the other side and it was only the roof. i might be wrong but it does look suspicious
@sharppointy1 Thank You. . . Sprinkler system I do not know. I didn't see any connections, but at the same time this was a prefabricated building. I would of really liked to of seen how this building was constructed, especially the roof area. So easy to say should of, would of, could of. . . I wasn't there first due and that makes a big difference. Cause, do not know. It is a shame, brand new building and now a complete loss. Fire, heat, smoke, or water damage to each unit. . .

None of the Condos had Electricity in them (There was no Electric work done)
IT was a setup, Thats what happens when you know you can get twice as much from insurance than what building costs

Hey fbv- thanks for this great video! I hope your fingers and toes have defrosted.
Dumb question - would this condo have a sprinkler system once it was occupied?
Any ideas of the cause of the fire? It's too bad - it looks like it would have been a nice place.
