This is actually one way to initiate oversteer in a drift scenario, but with the S2000 having a tendency for snap oversteer, I would say that provoking the car was a bad idea.

dumbass, first off the 00-03 S2000's (ap1) do have stability control they just don't have the option to turn it off like the 04-09 (ap2)'s do. 2nd the newer s2000's rev to to 8000 to deliver vtec sooner if you have a brain think about it. The newer ones also have a lower gear ratio giving more torque. If you dont know shit about s2000's keep your comments to yourself

I had a similar case of oversteer on a downhill right turn and this was at a freeway interchange with wet roads on my 06' S2K with VSA switched off (Stupid me), I spun a complete 360 and only managed to cleanly scrape a small dead-center part of my bumper when I impacted the wall. Despite S2K's 50/50 weight distribution that ass end will swing out unexpectedly. I feel your loss, man. Good luck.

A good learning experience IMO. That looks like lift-off oversteer. Never approach a turn so fast that you have to lift off the throttle. The rule is enter slow, exit fast. Mistake? yes, but he doesn't deserve to be called a dumbass you haters...

Why didnt you just let off the throttle and countersteer, it was not wet out, in the dry you would have hooked right back on path, the S is the best handling car for the money on dry ground =/ Poor poor S
