What I did was Pretend It's Monday, I would say, "yay i cant wait my tomorrow. when tomorrow comes, i will wait 1 more day until the doll comes." When its Tuesday, "Yay tomorrow My dolls coming. (Its not tomorrow but you can say that." BUT when it is tomorrow (wednesday), you can say "yay tomorrow my doll is really coming." try getting ready by making a home, or a bed, and stuff like that. =D Hope your doll comes soon!! LOL. :)
