Glad to see you posted again and that your using HIIT. When it talks about how much better HIIT is, they mean in terms of metabolism. It would be better to retain muscle because your not having your body doing long term work thats going to cause muscle catabolism eventually when your energy runs low.
My scale is like that too. If I stand in front of it, i like what i see. if i stand on it, it's totally depressing! I doubt you have actually gained it all back. For one thing all of the work outs have changed your composition to more muscle.
I do cardio...running... Hmmmmm this is what happened to me.... I lost a little weight. The thing is that people say "OMG, you look great", "WOW, you lost some weight" etc. The thing is that I only lost 5lbs. I talk to my trainer and fat%/fat mass is doing much better (I was like WTF) So, I asked.. She said because of developing my muscles. It is getting toned.. hence, not losing much weight..sometimes gaining... the end....
By the way, you looked great! Out of curiosity, you ever heard of this guy from "markmarshallmusic" from YouTube (musician)??? You should check it out.... Anyways, PEACE!

How has your sodium intake been? Gaining water weight, even 7 pounds in two weeks is possible if you've had more salt than you need.
