@geoffmobile the one near my neighborhood around $4:50.......the one in Manhattan...im not 100% sure....but they have pretty good review.......ny......depends on location for price
@EvoMitsubishiLancer $4.50 for a banh mi? That's a rip off. It used to be like a $1.50 like 10+ years ago, now it's somewhere around $2.25 to $2.50 a sandwich in Southern California.

@andydo2007vietnam we are from Vancouver and travelled to San Francisco for a vacation! definitely enjoyed the Vietnamese sandwiches and will be back :)
PLEASE take a look at the link Ive posted on MY PROFILE!!!! VIETNAMESE ARE SCUM !!!! DONT TRUST THEM!!!! Dont ever go to VIETNAM. If the serious threat to catch an exotic and deadly disease from drinking sewage water and eating vermin is not enough for you,
This is gonna sound crazy but in El Salvador we eat those all the time although we just call them chicken sandwich or pork sandwich. I think the only difference is we put radish in them and cover them with some special sauce. oh and that last thing they showed we call them tamales and we make them with corn. 0.o
Sorry to be the killjoy but saigon sandwiches has gotten by on the laurels of it's "reputation" now for well over a decade - probably 2 - now and quite frankly they're sandwiches are "passable" FOR THE NEWBIE.....
There are much better banh mi places in the Tenderloin but by far the best banh mi are found in East San Jose or, closer to San Francisco, in the Vietnamese commercial district along *EAST 14TH* ("international") and East 12th Avenues around 5th to 11th Streets.
what an asshole. eating beside pigeons and not throwing them a little bit of bread. sorry for my english.
