I HATE IT! I just about threw the disc out the window until i realized i could probably get 5 bucks trade in for it. I have played many racing games, I'm 25, I've been playing racing games since NES, wait no, Pole Position for the Atari (which still probably has better physics). I've played every GT, many NFS's, Forza and a few others for PC.The only people who would think this games physics are real are truck drivers, cos all the cars handle like tractor trailers.. with the trailers attached!

@filipecardoso95 To be honest, among all the NFS games I played, I prefer playing NFS Shift (for cockpit view) and SHIFT 2 Unleashed (For visual and custom car skin). Why? Because SHIFT series at least made a sense of speed. In some arcadey game like MW or UG, I can reach 200+ MPH without any collision experience, but in reality, you may die because of that.

Ok I buyed the game, installed it played for 30 min, the first 8 min is the blabla intro and some fat headed guy talks something. Uninstaled the game and sold the game. This game sucks... from scale 0 to 10 this game is a barely 5. Race Driver Grid is a good 9.

shift 2 is more of an simulator, a reall fun one many simulators are hard and pretty boring but shift 2 has a feel to it that makes it feel like a sim but still many arcade things to be found in it. :)

@ozcan2222 Gran Turismo is the best one so far on PS3. But dont bother with NFS games, they arent as fun as they used to be. If you want an easy pick up and play game, maybe Midnight Club LA or Burnout Paradise. Another very great racing would also be Motorstorm Apocolypse. Its one of the most fun arcade games i ever played, and supremely addictive. But yea, Gran Turismo 5 for ultimate realism, and Motorstorm Apocolypse or Burnout Paradise for ultimate arcade fun. The moment they saw the extra money from DLC and online multiplayer, they started spamming games with less of a storyline and let the single player modes suffer. Watch closely for the advertisements of NFS The Run, and you will notice they advertise more for DLC and preorder bonuses than they do for the normal game. In short, EA has lost their focus on the gamers, and became greedy corporate minded trash.
I've played every single NFS title, back to NFS 1. This game is terrible. The graphics have taken a downer from shift 1. The new engine is slower, as well as uglier. On max settings, it still looks like crap. It would be really cool to have realistic racing, but it seems they can't figure out what we want and just keep milking the title name for all its worth...
Every year this game turns from bad to worst...Shouldn't EA do a survey before doing another NFS? If they are, shouldn't they at least give a thought to the buyers opinion?

@LOOOLZZ90 Well, you got to admit, I do have a point. NFS was a just a normal street racing game that somewhat tries to become a simulator these days. And it does not make me happy. I just dont see the point, there are soo much better simulators out there. Its a game, games have to be fun, this....well....not soo much. Its a handsome game...but it aint very fun. BTW, thumbs up for being a bored nerd and responding to every comment 1 by 1. I wish I was that lame xD.

shift 2 is more of an simulator, a reall fun one many simulators are hard and pretty boring but shift 2 has a feel to it that makes it feel like a sim but still many arcade things to be found in it. :)
so it depends what type of games you like ...arcade or simulator.

DO NOT buy it unless you wanna be pissed off more than you ever were before. They say a simulator but the game is nothing like reality.theres no quickrace where you can practice,it takes you straight to career mode.you CANNOT skip cutscenes,wich is very very annoying,cannot adjust graphics you have to restart the game (Thats right the whole program) every time you wanna apply changes and these are just a few of like a million problems.Im very disappointed even after hot pursuit 2010

@ozcan2222 Gran Turismo is the best one so far on PS3. But dont bother with NFS games, they arent as fun as they used to be. If you want an easy pick up and play game, maybe Midnight Club LA or Burnout Paradise. Another very great racing would also be Motorstorm Apocolypse. Its one of the most fun arcade games i ever played, and supremely addictive. But yea, Gran Turismo 5 for ultimate realism, and Motorstorm Apocolypse or Burnout Paradise for ultimate arcade fun. @schemaia lol, their creativity died!!! The moment they saw the extra money from DLC and online multiplayer, they started spamming games with less of a storyline and let the single player modes suffer. Watch closely for the advertisements of NFS The Run, and you will notice they advertise more for DLC and preorder bonuses than they do for the normal game. In short, EA has lost their focus on the gamers, and became greedy corporate minded trash.

I've played every single NFS title, back to NFS 1. This game is terrible. The graphics have taken a downer from shift 1. The new engine is slower, as well as uglier. On max settings, it still looks like crap. It would be really cool to have realistic racing, but it seems they can't figure out what we want and just keep milking the title name for all its worth...
