Good Lord, the things people will do to get moticed on YOUTUBE. No helmet, and what exactly were thier plans if the horse spooked and bolted or reared up in the air ? My trainers 6 year old calm horse reared for the first time in his life 2 weeks ago over a rustling palm tree, it happens.

In all fairness, all of my friends who ride western wear helmets. I do agree, though. Go spend the friggin $30 it takes to buy a helmet so your "dougher" doesn't end up in the ICU unit of your hospital with severe head trauma. PLEASE.
How on earth can you call her a "great rider"? Ian Miller is a great rider - Steffan Peters is a great rider - a 2 year old flopping around on a dead quiet horse is not a great rider. She is a child whose parents have no regard for her safety.

yeah its true. Sure I understand theres no better feeling then galloping on your horse with the wind blowing your hair back. But its not worth it!
