American Horror Story has one of the most unsettling openings out of any show ever, up there with Paranoia Agent and Dexter. Except here, even the song is terrifying. Such excellent use of abrasive effects.

this show is insane! <3 i love it! but at first, it was really hard to tell who was a ghost and who wasn't. it came clear in episode 8 i think.. when Hayden ((or something)) explained to that Taylor Swift lookalike that she could turn invisible if she wanted.
