What is the name of the song in the background and the Group?

I have been searching everywhere for this song since I first heard it in the videogame download "Transport Giant". The group is supposedly named "Southbound" but the similar listings for this group do not match up on YouTube.

The videogame actually plays 4 great songs by this group but I cannot find them.

I think the trolley cars are moving too fast. Passengers would be centrifuged in the turns. Slower...more prototypical
