They can not keep you legally on a 302 and then for extra days past the 72 hours without a doctor's request!!! Hopefully she recieved the help she needed.

@MrMbell2 I could tell two minutes in, she was severely traumatized. I wouldn't be shocked if she was diagnosed with schizophrenia, she's literally delusional. Her husband may have given her drugs or spiked her drinks, but something is wrong.

I didn't even know what 302 meant and I could already tell that it was something pertaining to the 4th floor. Anyway, like Momma was saying the police don't just come and pick up anybody. It looks like all this mess that she is/has gone thru for 20 yrs. has stressed her out so bad that's why it sounds like her story is confusing or as if its missing parts. Its probably sooo much to tell. and nina is so right about children picking up on whoever they're around. If your're close enough to someone you can tell if you've been talked about negatively in the presence of the kid if the child all of a sudden starts to act strange around YOU.
