@jonannlou: You had a lot of practice, but a few beats - and I know that you're good player. But not a musician. Musicality makes a music. Skills are just skills. Like Jon Paul Jones, or even Adam Clayton. These are good examples.

Honestly mate, I didn't practice this at all. Zender's style doesn't suit mine, I play of a percussive aggressive style, like Mark King. Some of my vids I just have fun, and if that comes across as showing off of just showing skills, then fair enough!! By not playing the straight bass line I believe shows me as a musician, and not a imitator. I have asked to play with some well known acts, so I consider myself a musician :)

@jonannlou That's a fair comment, as I was about to remark how differently you are actually attempting that classic Stu Zender b-line. Fair play to yer, that's your interpretation of it, but you have to admit, Zender nailed it superbly. Good but different attempt.

@lollypasam thanks. None of my bass lines are copies of the originals. Imitation isn't my thing! In a band situation its different, there are set pieces of music, but what would be the point of me playing the same as the record and then posting it apart for educational purposes?? You might as well listen to the original! Stu is a great player and has a great sound and feel to his playing

Hi sebass, these basses aren't bad, but not that slim, the electrics are fairly good, but see what you can get for the same money, eBay has a few good buys at good prices, but this is a nice bass. Any more questions, please ask! good english mate :)
