Diversity of what people believe, whether politically or theologically, is in absolutely no way enshrined as protected in our military service. Do we put Quakers (who are complete pacifists) in the military? Of course not They don't believe in fighting anyone. On the same note should we have Muslims in our military, whom are religiously forbidden from fighting other Muslims? Of course not
There are MANY belief systems that could and should preclude military service (certainly not all religious)
