It is one of the most popular crossovers that is popular because the characters are so much alike that the fans wish that Goku would leave ChiChi for Usagi if their worlds ever came together Mean while Usagi fans want her to leave Mamoru for other men as well, because lets face it. Mamoru is a moron that breaks her heart over a dream under the pretense of trying to 'protect her'. That's pathetic. Plus Goku could protect her and not use roses.

i dont understand why in fanfiction theres less goku x usagi and bunch of vegeta x usagi and trunks x usagi seriously just because their in royal family dosent mean they ment to be with usagi . trunks and usagi? dosent make sense , vegeta and usagi? no comment , i tell ya if you read a story between goku and usagi its gonna be best couple fiction and sailormoon would be happy as a clown if they were together

If you thought this pairing is underrated gohanxchibiusa is probrably there with them actually even more. So is gotenxchibi-chibi. goku and usagi on the other hand if you go to deviantart you'll see that this pairing is big there in art, no kidding.
