@MinecraftRecreate I know, this mall is being ruined, they changed everything original in this mall, there is no resemblance of dawn of the dead left, except the ceiling in the main area with the skylights.
@jimbo271uk I'm sure people still do, there are many tourist that come here because of the movie, however the mall completely changed, it doesnt look like it did in the movie, some stuff still is the same and recognizable. There is a store called Time and space, in the back is a mini museum of dawn of the dead.
I live 2 miles from that mall. I go there all the time. There are no zombie stores or posters or any other mention of the movie. It looks nothing like it did in the movie. They do, however, hold a zombie-walk around Halloween, I think.
there was a store called toy gallaxy but I think it closed, there was a part in that store in the back with dawn of the dead stuff, I think it moved to another store called Time and Space, has dawn of the dead room in there. Its near where the Boscovs was, I am mad that the mall looks nothing like it did in the movie, thats a shame, i remember when it used to look like that.

I was at the mall today and I found a store that has dawn of the dead stuff in it and props from the movie even a model of the mall how it was back then. and there are posters in the store you can buy and also the movie behind the scenes is in the store on display. And the original layouts I enjoyed the store hope it never closes

Ok go to the Monroeville mall website to see where the store is. Last time I was there in April it was on the first floor closer to where the Boscov's was before the food court. The Boscov's Department store is closed
well... now the jcpenny's is going to be a movie theater.... WTF

yes it did and the cars were under water.
Good thing I wasn't there, also Oakland was flooded too there was a big truck (18 wheeler) stuck under water there. it was like 2 feet or 3 feet.
