Does this thing even work, I frequently suffer from sinus problems. Curious if its another pointless invention or works.

It does, I just used mine for the first time about an hour ago and I can breathe.

The tree pollen around here is brutal this year.

Mine is the same one this guy is using.

Thanks for posting this. I had this Neti pot for a few months and finally got up the nerve to use it this evening after watching a few videos on the subject including yours.

I use it almost every day and love it. When I first had a real bad cold about 2 months ago, I used the NeilMed squeeze bottle and boy oh boy, did allot come out (sorry about the gross part), but yes it does work - but I prefer the bottle version as you can apply pressure. The Neti-Pot version only runs through via gravity without any pressure. But I suppose, its a personal choice. Give it a try & good luck!
