True story, this song saved my life. I owe the band so much!! I have chronic depression and anxiety and almost swallowed a bottle of my mother's medication back in the 90s. Right when I was about to, this video came on M2(or MTV2 it is now), and I felt like it was talking right to me, that Gary was staring right at me, telling me it wasn't worth it. Reef will always have my gratitude for this fucking beautiful song and a place in my heart forever. Thanks guys <3

Fantastic vocal from Stringer on this, he didn't use the soulful side enough. They deserve to be remembered and revered, Replenish being one of the greatest debuts ever and Glow being a strong sequel.
