If you've seen the whole show they talk about how people always mistake them for a couple, and when Nigel tells them they suck, the guy says he doesn't care, it brought him and his sister closer together. So awkward yes, but they are in fact siblings. The brother goes to some ballet school and apparently the sister has been dancing off and on for years. Doesn't show to me.
