i rescued a kitten a few months ago from under a dumpster. i was on my way to cvs and she crawled out and meowed at me. i am so grateful i rescued her. she is missing one fang so she cant easily defend herself. and she has a disease similar to kitty lukemia. so she cant really go outside and if she gets a cut or sick she has to be taken to the vet immediately. i am so grateful i rescused her. Pinecone is so lucky to be rescued by you!!

I am so excited you got a little white deaf kitten!! I actually adopted a little white Persian who is also deaf from my local kill shelter about 2 years ago. It's definitely different, but I wouldn't change it for the world! He's learned to come over to me if I make a "come here" motion with my hand. He doesn't talk much, but he's definitely loud when he does. I think the hardest thing is trying to not startle him because he can't hear me coming. Congratulations on your new wonderful baby! :)
