jim make one of these for the ruger lc9 please. awesome product. great for the seecamp lws32 my friend has. never had an issue on his and uses it often.
I bought one of these. Within the first week of carrying it I had my Seecamp pop out of my pants and fall on the floor. Fortunately I was able to scoop it up quick before anyone saw. Obviously I don't carry it this way anymore. I'm not sure why this happened with the Seecamp because I carry a Glock with the clip and never had a problem. I think the Seecamp must be too light in comparison, and doesn't stay weighted down when you move around a lot.
Everybody has ones own preference. To me this looks like less practical than pocket holster carry. Draw seems to me less practical and natural than draw from pocket holster. Doesn't help to carry anything larger that you can carry in pocket - riding this low the bottom of larger gun will print, and the gun will ride too loose.
Of course, to have more option is better, and someone will feel more comfortable carrying this way...
Great little video. Does a nice job of showing what it is and how to use it. It does reduce the bulk of a regular holster, but also requires the prudence of keeping an empty chamber. This is something I'll look into.
gansta078: The difference is some people consider themselves a Gangster (i.e. someone who commits illegal acts) and others consider the self protection possibilities, from those that would do harm. This is a great tool for those who can Legally carry for personal defense.
Gangsta078: Your thoughts are contrary to the reason that I developed the device; and, how we market and sell the Covert Carrier.
This device was created for self-defense use and for those that legally carry a concealed handgun: LEO, Homeland Security Personnel, RIght to carry state residents, homeowners, business owners & Military personnel.
Most importantly our sales data confirms it. Covert Carrier is a Self-defense tool. No more, no less.
It's a 3 inch gun. Stick it in your pocket...and get rid of the crap music.
